{Valentine’s Day Inspiration Shoot – Sneak Peek}

We recently entered a Valentine’s Day inspiration design challenge on Best
Wedding SitesAs part of the design challenge rules, we were asked to:
·    create an intimate valentine’s day inspired tablescape for 2 with a dessert display.

·    provide a DIY downloadable template for our readers.

·    incorporate a specific color palette: red, grey and the pantone wedding color of the year honeysuckle pink.

·    And we were not to use any models.

While we co-planned the shoot from Los Angeles, we worked with an amazing team of talented vendors based in San Francisco & Denver, to create a romantic picnic setting at Crissy Field alongside the Golden Gate Bridge.
Here are a few of our favorite images from the Valentine's Day inspiration shoot that were captured by Gladys of Gladys Jem Photography in a sweet collaboration with Tara of Cut the Cake Designs/ November 7 Blog {paper design} and our {photo shoot stylist and co-planner} Jacin of Lovely Little Details who also provided all of the props & sweets.

the lovely tablescape setting, paired with pink champagne, raspberry cupcakes, a gorgeous backdrop and a sweet surprise inside the recipe box.

{Sweet Little Treasures}

If you are finally getting around to some last minute shopping for your bridal items,
you may want to stick around here for a little eye candy first.

So you’ve found the perfect gown,
but did you remember to purchase something just as pretty to hang it on?

You’ll love these customizable wire bridal hangers that we found on Etsy.

Wouldn’t they make the sweetest bridesmaids gifts too?

Why not pick up 1 or 2 or 3.
One for them, one for him and one for me.

Perhaps one wrapped in a vintage doily or lace?

Could one with a few vintage buttons be more your style?

And have you envisioned this part yet?

Before you know it, your sweetest day will be here.

We're pretty sure you'll be keeping these (empty) little hangers around

for your babydolls even after your wedding has past ;)
